Wills and Estate Planning

Wills and estate planning are essential tools for protecting your legacy and securing your loved ones’ future. Having a clear and legally valid estate plan ensures your wishes are honoured, legal conflicts are avoided and your family is supported during a challenging time.

Clea takes the time to understand your circumstances before providing you with a comprehensive and tailored estate plan to suit your needs.  Whether you require a simple Will, are updating an existing one or require a sophisticated estate planning document that incorporates testamentary trusts (to maximize tax effectiveness, protect assets, or provide for beneficiaries with special needs), Clea will guide you through each stage of the process.

Clea can also assist with Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship to ensure your financial, legal and personal decisions are made by someone you trust if you lose capacity.

Probate and Deceased Estates

Clea provides compassionate support and guidance to help you navigate probate and the legal complexities of managing a deceased estate. Whether a loved one has passed with or without a Will, or whether the estate is large or small, Clea can guide you through the process or handle the estate on your behalf. Clea regularly assists clients with estate administration advice and applying to the Supreme Court for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
